- The horse may not have more than $500 in NRHA earnings.
- May be ridden one or two-handed, in any legal bit.
- NRHA equipment rules apply.
- Ownership of horse not required by rider.
- Horses must have an NRHA Competition License
- Riders may show 3 horses per class, each horse may only be shown once per class
- Rider must be an EPRHA member and hold a current NRHA card.
