• Youth and Green Rider Level II: Points-based
• All other listed classes: Money-earned based
Rider/Horse Combination (One Horse – One Rider)
Earnings are awarded per horse/rider combination in the following classes:
• Non-Pro
• Intermediate Non-Pro
• Limited Non-Pro
• Prime Time Non-Pro
• Novice Horse Non-Pro (Levels I & II & III)
• Rookie (Levels I & II)
• Prime Time Rookie
• Green Rider Level I & II
• All Youth Classes
Horse-Based Earnings (Open Divisions)
Earnings are awarded to the horse in:
• Open
• Intermediate Open
• Limited Open
• Rookie Professional
• Novice Horse Open (Levels I & II)
• Earnings and points are not retroactive.
• Only earnings and points accumulated from the date EPRHA receives your membership through the end of the award year will count.
• Be current members in good standing with NRHA and Eastern Pennsylvania Reining Horse Association.
• Membership must be received by EPRHA for earnings or points to count.
Membership Responsibility & Recommendations
• It is the responsibility of the rider and/or owner to complete and submit membership forms.
• Office staff is not responsible for completing membership forms, even if dues are included on a show bill.
• Joining before the start of the show year is strongly recommended to ensure all earnings and points count.
• Membership forms and dues must be submitted to the individual listed on the membership form.
• Forms lost in transit are not the responsibility of EPRHA or the membership coordinator.
• Verification of membership before competing in your first EPRHA event is strongly recommended.
• Open divisions: Award presented to the owner(s) of record
•All other classes: Award presented to the rider
•Horse/rider combinations must compete in more than one class to be eligible
For earnings or points to count, all entry forms must accurately list:
• The horse’s competition license number (except for horses shown only in Green Rider Level II classes)
• The rider’s current NRHA membership number
• The owner’s current NRHA membership number(s)
